Late Harvest

Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc - Riesling

The process involves selected grapes harvested from our vineyards, where the conditions of high temperature and morning mist accomplish the proliferation of the noble rot that concentrates the sugar in the berries. Direct pressing is done without soak fermentation. Fermentation in stainsless steel at temperaturas between 14º and 16ºC with selected yeast.

Winemaker's comments:

Bright yellow golden color. Intense mandarin orange, honey and apricot aromas. In the mouth it is a Sweetness of wine perfectly balanced with the acidity, juicy finish of palate, hints of tropic and citric fruits. It has a long and persistent finish.

Food pairings:

It is an excelent accompanimient to desserts and strong cheese. Serve at 10ºC
